LG Stylo 2 Plus with Android 7.0 Nougat OS Appears on Geekbench

LG seems to be working on updating its devices. A new Nougat-powered phone with a model number of LG-K530 recently appeared on the benchmarking website Geekbench, and it is confirmed to be the Stylo 2 Plus smartphone.

The LG Stylo 2 Plus is now going to run on the latest Android 7.0 operating system. This confirms last week's report that T-Mobile updated its website to show that the Stylo 2 Plus units on its network are getting the Nougat treatment.

Introduced in mid-2016, the Stylo 2 Plus was primarily released with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It sports a 5.7-inch HD IPS LCD display, powered by a1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-core chipset, with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

This LG phone also works in a calligraphy phone mode. Using a thinner and more precise fiber pen tip, it allows users to see their handwritings transformed into beautiful scripts. It also has a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front snapper. In addition, it sports a 2900mAh removable battery.

With its appearance on Geekbench, we're expecting to see the new version of the LG Stylo 2 Plus with the Android 7.0 Nougat update, pretty soon.
