Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) is said to provide the best video experience in the Philippines according to the recent report published by independent mobile analytics firm OpenSignal.
OpenSignal has released its latest analysis about the mobile video experience in East Asia, revealing that Smart bagged a video experience score of 42.2– beating up its telco rival and also well above the national average. The research firm explained that its video experience metric uses an International Telecommunication Union (ITU)-based approach for measuring video quality.
Smart, on the other hand, attributed this recognition to its YouTube Everyday promo, which eyes to deliver the best video experience to its subscribers.
