Vivo is showing their appreciation to their loyal fans and customers by extending the warranty period for select Vivo smartphones for another 6 months.
The warranty extension will cover the Vivo V3, Vivo V3 Max, Vivo Y51, and Vivo Y55 models. The owners of these models will enjoy an extension of another 6 months to their warranty period which will take effect starting on March 1, 2018.
To put it in a concrete figure, if the Vivo unit was bought on September 10, 2016 and has a one-year warranty, then the warranty should expire on September 10, 2017. Now with Vivo's warranty extension, the new warranty will continue on until March 10, 2018.

Of course, the usual warranty policies still apply such as no human errors and physical/liquid damage. The extended warranty period is exclusive to the phones and does not cover accessories.
Vivo also wants to inform their user base that they are now offering free software updates, system recovery services, and cleaning services at their service centers nationwide starting March 1 as well.
