The Samsung Galaxy J2 2017 is one of the Korean manufacturer more affordable devices that caters the lower segment of the market. It has a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 960x540, or about 234 pixels per inch. It is a relatively small display to say the least, but we have seen smaller ones, though from the local brands.

Under the hood, it has an Exynos 3475 chipset that has quad core processor clocked in at 1.3GHz, and partnered with a Mali-T720 GPU. There is also 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage.
The cameras are what you would expect for the price. The rear camera has a 5MP sensor with AF and LED flash while the selfie camera has 2MP sensor. Meanwhile, the battery has 2,000mAh capacity, and is user-replaceable.
It is priced at 7,390 INR or about 5,800 pesos when converted to local currency.
