| OPPO F5 To Launch This October; 6-inch 18:9 Display in Tow? |
A new OPPO smartphone is soon to be revealed in the Philippines. In fact, their celebrity brand ambassadors already have this latest OPPO product, which is rumored to be the OPPO F5.
Gretchen Fullido and Gretchen Ho, both of which are Star Magic talents as well as endorsers/influencers of OPPO Philippines, unboxed on their respective Instagram accounts the yet to be announced OPPO F5.
According to their short Instagram videos, they will use the said device at the upcoming Star Magic Ball 2017 happening this September 30.

Looking at the above screenshot, this handset is set to be a big smartphone. In our estimate, it is a 6-inch device with an 18:9 aspect ratio, just like its cousin from the other brand, Vivo V7+. This assumption actually has a lot of sense, since there is an oval shaped fingerprint scanner on the back of this handset. This could only mean that OPPO maximize the space in front for the display.

Meanwhile, in Ho's Instagram post, she was holding a piece of paper that clearly indicates three hashtags, the #StarMagicBall2017, #OPPOF5 and #SelfieExpert, which confirms that the new phone is indeed named as OPPO F5.
What happened to the OPPO F4? Well, OPPO does not want to be associated with the boy band F4. Just kidding, The number 4 is considered as a very unlucky number in China, which relates to death. Yikes!
Moreover, the two ladies confirmed that the OPPO F5 will launch in the Philippines this coming October
