| Sony Unveiled The Xperia XZ1 And Xperia XZ1 Compact At IFA 2017 |
Sony has announced two new smartphones at IFA 2017 that will be shipped out with Android 8.0 Oreo and Snapdragon 835 out of the box. These are the Xperia XZ1 and the Xperia XZ1 Compact that have flagship-like features.

First off, the Xperia XZ1 will be a flagship grade smartphone akin to the Xperia XZ Premium's specs. It still has a similar design that you would expect from an Xperia phone.
It has a 5.2 inch FHD HDR Triluminos display that sports a combination of Sony's X-reality technology and Dynamic Contrast Enhancement technology. It promises to deliver sharp, crisp and gorgeous image. It also has 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, a smaller 2700mAh with Quick Charging 3.0, a single 19MP Motion Eye Camera at the back plus a 13MP selfie camera.

For those looking for a smaller smartphone with flagship level specs, the Xperia XZ1 Compact may be the answer to your prayers. Sporting 4.6-inch HD HDR Triluminos screen, it certainly is a compact smartphone. However, Sony did not compromise performance for size at still has the Snapdragon 835 under the hood combined with 4GB RAM and 32GB of storage.
The rear camera is the same as what the XZ1 has, but the selfie snapper is slightly toned down at 8MP.
